Become an official sponsor of A Seat at the Christmas Table, a warm, welcoming and low-pressure community Christmas event organised by Dreamscape Community Connections C.I.C.

The event will take place on Sunday 22 November 2026 and aims to bring people together who may feel lonely, isolated, overwhelmed or without others around them at Christmas.

Official sponsorship begins at £100 and helps towards:

£100 — Christmas Table Sponsor

£100 — Santa and Elf Sponsor

Helps bring Santa and an elf to the event for festive photographs and special moments.

• Event-day recognition

£100 — Sensory Area Sponsor

Helps create a calm, low-sensory space with comforting resources for guests who need time away from the main hall.

£160 — Venue Hire Support Sponsor

Provides support towards the cost of hiring the event venue.

• Digital sponsor certificate
• Invitation for one representative to join the meal, subject to capacity

£200 — A Seat at the Christmas Table Sponsor

Provides significant support towards the venue, meals and overall running costs.

Recognition may include:

• Logo on the main event poster and booking page
• Named recognition as an official event sponsor
• Thank-you posts before and after the event
• Logo displayed inside the venue
• Mention during the event
• Complimentary stall space, where suitable
• Two event tickets or Christmas dinners

£200 — Photo Booth Sponsor

Helps provide a festive photo area with a backdrop, balloon display and props.

Recognition may include:

• Named recognition as the Photo Booth Sponsor
• Logo on the event poster and booking page
• Logo displayed near the photo area
• Thank-you posts before and after the event
• Mention during the event
• Complimentary stall space, where suitable
• Two event tickets or Christmas dinners

Custom sponsorship — £100 or more

Contact Dreamscape to discuss a different sponsorship amount or support for a particular part of the event.

Important information

Named sponsorship opportunities are limited and must be confirmed by Dreamscape before payment is made.

Recognition depends on when sponsorship is confirmed and whether logos and business details are supplied in time. Printed signage and promotional materials are subject to Dreamscape and venue approval.

Any surplus support will remain with Dreamscape Community Connections C.I.C. and will support future community activities, sponsored places and projects such as the Christmas Present Hunt.
