Our low-pressure meet-ups are relaxed community sessions for people who want connection, but may find busy, loud or traditional social spaces overwhelming.

You do not need to be confident.
You do not need to be social.
You do not need to explain yourself.

You are allowed to simply be there.

Age Guidance

Dreamscape mainly focuses on adult spaces, and many of our sessions are 17+.

Some selected activities may be open to ages 13+ when attending with a parent or carer. This will always be clearly stated in the individual event description before booking.

Parents and carers remain responsible for the young person throughout the session. A short form may need to be completed on arrival for selected activities.

Please check each event description carefully, as age guidance may be different for each activity.

Questions Before You Come

No. You can talk, listen, observe, or simply be in the room. There is no pressure to join in before you are ready.
Yes. Many people come on their own. We aim to create a gentle, welcoming space where you can settle in at your own pace.
Yes. You can leave whenever you need to. There is no expectation to stay for the full session if it becomes too much.
No. You do not need a diagnosis or referral to attend Dreamscape sessions.
Most Dreamscape sessions are 17+. Some selected activities may be open to ages 13+ with a parent or carer present. This will always be stated clearly in the event description.
