Community Pathways

Dreamscape Community Pathways are gentle ways to connect, access support, feel part of community and take small steps at your own pace.

These pathways sit alongside our meet ups and events. They are here for people who may want more than a one off activity, but still need things to feel calm, clear and low pressure.

Dreamscape is not a crisis, clinical, therapy or emergency service. We are a community connection space.

What are Community Pathways?

Community Pathways are the different ways people can connect with Dreamscape beyond attending a single event.

Some people may start by joining the online community.
Some may use the Community Pantry and Sharing Hub.
Some may read the Community Journal.
Some may feel supported by Community Companions.
Some may later access Empowering Community Pathways when this is ready.

There is no one right way to be part of Dreamscape. You can choose the pathway that feels safest for you.

Ask a question first

If you are unsure, you can contact Dreamscape before attending or joining in.

Who might Community Pathways help?

You can start gently, read information first, join online or take your time before attending in person.
Pathways can help people feel part of something, even before they feel ready for bigger social spaces.
Dreamscape is created with ADHD, autism, anxiety, PDA, OCD and sensory needs in mind.
The pathways offer different ways to connect, from online spaces to meet ups, sharing hubs and community support.
Volunteering, Community Companions, donations and sharing items can all help Dreamscape grow.

What Community Pathways are not

Community Pathways are not crisis support, therapy, clinical care, personal care or emergency help.

They do not replace professional mental health support, medical care, safeguarding services or emergency services.

They are gentle community connection pathways designed to help people feel less alone, build confidence and access community in a way that feels manageable.
