What counts?
Included: selected paid Dreamscape activities clearly marked as loyalty-eligible, such as eligible After Dark sessions and creative workshops.
Not included: A Seat at the Christmas Table, donations, sponsorships, membership payments, gift vouchers or credit bundles, external events and free grant-funded activities.
How it will work
- Join for free. Your starting balance is zero; earn a one-time 50-point welcome reward when eligible enrolment is enabled.
- Earn on selected bookings. Points build up on qualifying paid activities after the relevant payment is confirmed. No backdating of earlier purchases.
- Use your reward. Once you have 500 points, redeem them for £2 off an eligible booking of £8 or more.
A few things to know
- Birthday details are optional. Your consent for marketing is a separate choice.
- Referral rewards are for genuinely new people and qualifying paid bookings; self-referrals and duplicate accounts do not qualify.
- One loyalty reward can be used per qualifying order, and it cannot be combined with membership or promotional discounts unless specifically permitted.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Refunded purchases may have the related points reversed.
- You can still book activities without joining loyalty or buying a membership.
Dreamweavers Memberships are separate
Nightlight, Moonlight and Dreamlight are our optional membership tiers. You do not need Dreamweavers membership to join Kindness Loyalty. You are welcome at Dreamscape whether you sign up for either programme or neither.
