Join Dreamscape Community Connections C.I.C. for a calm, low-pressure afternoon tea at Basilia in Heanor.

This lunch is for anyone who would like gentle company, connection and a reason to get out, without pressure to be loud, confident or chatty.

You are welcome to come as you are.

You can join in conversations, sit quietly, take your time, or simply enjoy being around friendly people in a calmer social setting.

About This Event

This is part of Dreamscape’s No-Pressure Lunch series.

These lunches are created for people who may find traditional social events overwhelming, tiring or hard to walk into alone.

There is no pressure to be the most confident person in the room.

There is no pressure to talk constantly.

There is no pressure to explain yourself.

You are welcome if you are nervous, quiet, anxious, neurodivergent, chronically tired, new to Dreamscape, or simply looking for kind company.

This is about soft connection, gentle company and having somewhere to belong for a little while.

Payment Information

This event is £25 per person, paid in full when booking.

Your £25 ticket includes a £10 non-refundable booking deposit.

The £10 non-refundable booking deposit goes towards creating calm, low-pressure Dreamscape spaces, covering admin, planning time, booking costs, and helping us keep events sustainable.

The remaining balance goes towards your afternoon tea booking.

Age Guidance

This event is for adults aged 18+.

Anyone attending must be 18 or over at the time of the event.

Cancellation Information

If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

The £10 booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your place.

The remaining £15 may be refunded only if Dreamscape is able to refill your space, or may be offered as credit or an event swap at Dreamscape’s discretion.

If Dreamscape has to cancel the event, ticket holders will be offered a refund, credit, or event swap.

Booking Deadline

Bookings close on Friday 17th July 2026.

This gives Dreamscape enough time to confirm final numbers with Basilia and make sure everything is prepared calmly and clearly before the event.

Spaces are limited to 12 seats only, so early booking is recommended.

Minimum Numbers

This event needs enough spaces booked to go ahead sustainably.

If minimum numbers are not met, Dreamscape may need to postpone, move, merge or cancel the event.

We will always try to give as much notice as possible if any changes are needed.
