All Dreamscape Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once purchased, vouchers cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, alternative products, or services.

🌿 Using Your Voucher

Gift vouchers can be used towards any eligible Dreamscape Community Connections C.I.C. events or experiences via our website.

🌿 Expiry

All vouchers must be used within 12 months of the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

🌿 Cancellations & Changes

If an event booked using a voucher is cancelled by Dreamscape, you will be offered:

• An alternative date

• Or the option to transfer your voucher balance
