Welcome to Dreamscape Community Connections C.I.C.

A calm, inclusive community for people who want connection without pressure.

Dreamscape creates low-pressure spaces for neurodivergents, socially isolated people, anxious adults, carers, and anyone who finds traditional social spaces too loud, rushed or overwhelming.

No referral needed. No pressure to perform. No need to mask. Just come as you are.

Where You’ll Find Us

Sometimes Dreamscape attends community events that are hosted by other people, venues or organisations.

These are not always Dreamscape-run sessions, but you may find us there with information, gentle activities, a friendly face, donation support or ways to learn more about what we do.

Dreamscape will be attending Look Around ’26, a community awareness day bringing people together around mental health, ADHD, autism, PTSD, depression, physical disabilities, support and connection.

A Different Kind Of Community

Dreamscape Community Connections C.I.C. is a calm, low-pressure community created for people who want connection, but may not feel comfortable in traditional social spaces.

We support people who may feel overwhelmed, isolated, anxious, low in confidence, or unsure where they fit.

Our spaces are designed to feel gentle, predictable and welcoming. You can join in, sit quietly, observe first, take breaks, or simply be around people without pressure.

At Dreamscape, belonging does not depend on being loud, confident or outgoing.

What To Expect

Trying something new can feel overwhelming. At Dreamscape, we want things to feel as clear and gentle as possible.
  • You can join in or simply observe
  • You can take breaks whenever you need
  • You can arrive early to settle in where possible
  • You do not have to speak in front of everyone
  • You can come alone, with a friend, or with support where suitable
  • You can ask questions before booking
  • We aim to keep spaces calm, predictable and welcoming
  • You are always in control of how much you take part
Yes. Many people come on their own. We will do our best to make the space feel welcoming and low-pressure.
No. You can join in as much or as little as feels right for you.
No. Dreamscape is open to people who feel our spaces may help them. You do not need a diagnosis or referral.
Yes. Breaks are welcome. You can step away, sit quietly or take things at your own pace.

Age Guidance

Dreamscape mainly focuses on adult spaces, and many of our sessions are 17+.

Some selected activities may be open to ages 13+ when attending with a parent or carer. This will always be clearly stated in the individual event description before booking.

Parents and carers remain responsible for the young person throughout the session. A short form may need to be completed on arrival for selected activities.

Please check each event description carefully, as age guidance may be different for each activity.

Our Approach

Dreamscape follows a calm, inclusive, theorist-informed approach.

We understand that people experience the world differently. For many neurodivergents and people living with anxiety, isolation or low confidence, traditional environments can feel overwhelming or inaccessible.

That is why our spaces are designed around choice, calm, consent and connection.
